Antioch Police Say 3 Teens Injured in Labor Day Shooting

At 5:28 pm Monday, the Antioch Police Department responded to Asilomar Drive at Eagleridge Drive in the City of Antioch on a report of multiple gunshots. Three teens were injured.

Upon arrival, police located two gunshot victims with a subject shot in the leg. A short time later, they located a third victim.

As of 5:39 pm, Contra Costa County Firefighters were reporting 3 victims with leg wounds. They also requested a 4th victim who was pepper sprayed.

Tuesday 3:40 pm Update:

According to police, three victims were transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and are listed in stable condition. The suspects in this incident were not located and the motive for the shooting remains unknown.

The victims all had gunshot wounds to the legs and were listed as:

  • 19-year-old female, Antioch
  • 19-year-old male, Antioch
  • 18-year-old male.  Antioch

The incident is still under investigation.
