Just before 6:00 pm Tuesday, the Antioch Police Department responded to reports of shots fired on Mimosa Ct in the City of Antioch.
Upon arrival, they located a male who had been struck in the gunfire who was hit in the leg. He was treated by AMR and Contra Costa County Fire Protection District with a non-life threatening injury.
According to police, a total of 10 shots were fired and witnesses were not cooperative with police. The suspect fled on foot and was not located.
No other information was released.
