The Antioch Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred Saturday night on D Street in the City of Antioch.
The shooting occurred just before 9:00 pm in the 1600 block of D Street where a subject shot a victim in the leg, Officers applied a tourniquet to stop the bleeding. The victim was transported to a local hospital in critical condition.
No information has been released on the incident.

Let the shooting continue (Job security for LEO). Maybe those two on the Antioch City Council will wake up and say- “Geee, I think we need cops and more funding for them”.
