At 6:05 pm Saturday, firefighters responded to a report of a vehicle striking a tree on Marsh Creek Road about a mile west of Morgan Territory Road with a person trapped.
Upon arrival, firefighters located a vehicle into a tree with one person trapped and two people who were self-extricated. The accident shut down the road in both directions while crews worked the scene.
A medical helicopter was requested, however, with the proximity of John Muir Medical Hospital, it was cancelled. All three patients were transported via ground ambulance with moderate injuries.
