Here is a look at the road work scheduled for Highway 4 for the week of June 9 where there will be multiple lane closures throughout the week. If you can, plan your travels accordingly.
FULL FREEWAY CLOSURES:
EASTBOUND:
There are no eastbound full freeway closures planned for this week.
WESTBOUND:
There are no westbound full freeway closures planned for this week.
HIGHWAY LANE CLOSURES:
There will be highway lane closures in the eastbound direction from Railroad Avenue to Somersville Road/Auto Center Drive on Monday morning from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
There will be highway lane closures in the eastbound direction from Railroad Avenue to Somersville Road/Auto Center Drive on Tuesday through Thursday evenings from 10:00 pm to 5:00 am.
There will be highway lane closures in the westbound direction from the Contra Loma Boulevard/L Street off-ramp to the Contra Loma Boulevard/L Street on-ramp on Tuesday through Friday evenings from 9:00 pm to 4:00 am.
There will be highway lane closures in the westbound direction from Somersville Road/Auto Center Drive to Harbor Street on Monday morning from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm.
There will be highway lane closures in the westbound direction from Somersville Road/Auto Center Drive to Harbor Street on Tuesday through Thursday evenings from
RAMP CLOSURES:
There are no ramp closures scheduled for this week.
LOCAL STREET CLOSURES:
The southbound direction of Contra Loma Boulevard between Buchanan Road/Fitzuren Road and St. Francis Drive will be closed on Monday and Thursday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
SAND CREEK ROAD INTERCHANGE/4-LANE WIDENING CLOSURES:
There are no Sand Creek Road Interchange/4-Lane Widening closures planned for this week.
