East County: More than 6,000 PG&E Customers Without Power

According to the PG&E Outage Map, more than 6,000 PG&E customers are without power in East Contra Costa County.

In Antioch, 5,423 customers were without power in Antioch as of 5:45pm Sunday. The outage occurred just after 5:00 pm. PG&E is investigating the cause and there is no estimated restoration timeline as of 6:03 pm.

Power is out from Auto Center Rd to W 10th nearly reaching Viera Ave. It is out along Hillcrest to Davison and Lone Tree and stretches back to Auto Center cutting through Putnam and G Street and Contra Loma Blvd.

Brentwood-OutageCompounding the problem, in Brentwood 658 customers are without power along Brentwood Blvd from Payne Ave to Central.

More Outages:

  • 27 customers was also knocked out between Sellers and N. Eden Plains Road along Chestnut in Brentwood around 5:28 pm.
  • 21 customers were knocked out on Hoffman Lane in Byron around 5:18 pm.
