Deputy Sheriffs were dispatched to a shooting on Thursday at about 8:39 PM on the 100 block of Crivello Avenue in Bay Point.
When Deputies arrived they found a shooting victim, a 21-year-old man, inside a residence. He was transported to John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek. He is reported to be in critical condition.
Deputies were not able to locate a suspect despite setting up a perimeter and using a police K-9. Detectives are trying to establish a motive.
