On Saturday, over a thousand attendees enjoyed the Opening Day Festivities of the East County Little League as teams paraded their way to the field for opening ceremonies. Mayor Kevin Romick threw out the first pitch to start the season with Christopher Empringham of the Challenger Division catching the ball.
