Oakley: Firefighters Respond to Fire at Carol Lane

At 12:27 pm Friday, the East Contra Costa Fire Protection District responded to a report of a commercial structure fire at 59 Carol Lane in the City of Oakley.

It was reported that there was a small fire in the laundry room in one of the buildings.

Upon arrival, Engine 53 reported they arrived on scene with light smoke showing from the laundry shoot area. By 12:38 pm, they reported the fire was out and checking for  extension.

By 12:40 pm, they reported the fire had no further extensions into the building and requested one additional unit to the scene.

No further information was provided.
