Deputy Sheriffs responded to a home in Bay Point for a welfare check. The occupant gave Deputies permission to search the house. They found marijuana growing in several rooms and the power meter bypassed.
He was arrested for theft of utilities, marijuana cultivation, possession of marijuana for sale and possession of rock cocaine. Approximately 300 marijuana plants worth about $45,000 were removed from the property.

Nobody cares about this especially popo, they didnt even want to search. The dude was probably high and invited them in the cops were like dam it now we gotta hang out in this rat invested moldy house.
