Oakley residents may have heard gun shots Saturday night near the 700 block of Walnut Drive as a home was the host to a large party. A red van was seen fleeing the scene where Oakley Police Department tracked it down minutes later.
All occupants were removed from the vehicle at gun point and detained. Officers went to the party house and spoke with party goers who were leaving and they advised hearing the shots coming from inside the house.
An email sent to the Oakley Police Department Sunday morning was not returned regarding this incident.
Update:
In an email from Oakley Police Chief Bani Kollo, he stated the four subjects in the van were arrested and booked for negligent discharge of a firearm as well as gun possession charges.

I used to live at 721 Walnut.. I noticed when I went back and looked at the houses there was a party always going on..
