At 8:55 pm Sunday, the Oakley Police officers responded to a report of shots fired in the area of Cypress and O’Hara in the City of Oakley.
While officers were responding, a subject saying he was shot at arrived at Chevron at Main and E. Cypress where his vehicle had two bullet holes in it. Both shots missed the male driver who did not have any injuries.
Oakley Police are investigating the shooting.
