The Contra Costa County Sheriffs Office stated late Sunday morning that there appears to be no indication of foul play in a death of a man in front of the Oakley Fire Station. Instead, they believed it was related to a pre-existing medical condition.

According to sources, it’s believed a dialysis picc-line fell out of the man causing him to bleed out and was the cause of the blood inside the vehicle.
