Oakley Police Announce Officer Promotions

by ECT

On Tuesday, Sergeant Brian Foreman and Sergeant Kevin Morris were sworn in by Police Chief Dean Capelletti and had their badges pinned on by members of their families during the touching ceremony.

Both Foreman and Morris are long‐term valued members of the OPD and they thanked their fellow officers for their support as they advance in their careers dedicated to serving the people of Oakley.

“One of the greatest joys of being a Chief, is having the ability to make promotions,” said Chief Capelletti. “To honor and validate an officer’s hard work and dedication to the profession. I am proud to have these two men as my newest sergeants and the community is fortunate to have two more leaders that truly and deeply care about our community.”

We need some promotions of officers here in Antioch. As many promotions that we can muster! Long overdue! Get with the program, Chief Brooks!
