Oakley: Driver Injured After Rollover Crash at Laurel Exit

At 11:00 am Wednesday, the California Highway Patrol and Contra Costa County Fire Protection District responded to a rollover crash on eastbound Highway 4 at the Laurel exit on a report of a rollover crash in the City of Oakley.

It was reported that possible extrication was needed.

Upon arrival, firefighters arrived to local a vehicle that had rolled several times and end up in the median, however, no extrication was required as the female driver was out of the vehicle suffering from a head injury and neck pain.

The female sustained trauma injuries, however, medics on scene opted for ground transport to a local hospital.

CHP is on scene investigating the cause of the incident.
