Oakley: 2-Year-Old Airlifted to Hospital After Being Stepped on By Horse

On Sunday, the East Contra Costa Fire Protection District reported they responded to a report of a two-year-old who was stepped on by a horse in the 50 block of Broadway Lane in the City of Oakley.

Patient care was provided on scene by firefighters and AMR, however, a medical helicopter was requested and landed at Iron House Elementary School.

According to the District, the child was airlifted to Children’s hospital in Oakland. No other injuries were reported.

The incident was determined to be “accidental” according to Battalion Chief Craig Auzenne.

Yeah right. They probably didn’t even question the horse. They’re always getting away with this kind of stuff. Probably the same blood line that paralyzed Christopher Reeve.
Wake up people. Let’s show horses they aren’t needed. We have cars … and frankly, they’re much safer.
Start buying more glue, and boycott
” Mr.Ed ” and all the Derby races. We can do this.
