Sunday Update (10:10 am)

On Saturday, November 6th at 9:21p.m. Oakley Police Officers were dispatched to 33 Malicoat Avenue on the report of females screaming and shots being fired. Oakley Police arrived less than two minutes later and found a total of four gunshot victims.

Oakley Police Officers immediately began sorting through a chaotic scene and a person who seemed to be involved was immediately detained. Oakley Police provided first aid and CPR to the gunshot victims. Despite all efforts, two victims died. The remaining victims were transported to a local hospital for treatment.

This continues to be an active investigation. We expect a clearer picture of everything that occurred once all evidence has been examined. All you Oakley and Brentwood fools thinking you live in a safe little town, better wake the fuck up and look around.

Crime numbers are on the rise, as is the migration of hoodrats. This is just the beginning.

@SW, the fool is the one talking. The numbers HAVE always been on the rise since 2013. Oak/B-wood know how to keep it on the down-low in order to keep home values up. Wake up.

Exactly. Many people look at Oakley through rose-colored glasses. Oakley isn’t the beautiful safe small town many people say it is.

My condolences go out to the loved ones of those shot.

So much for being one of the safest cities in California.

Oakley thinks that building more homes will make the city more money. Of course it will. But at what cost? I remember when when everyone knew everyone. And murders were not heard of in our little town. We need to be on alert ar all the time now.
