At 3:13 pm Monday, a 12-year-old female was struck by a vehicle after school near O’Hara Park Middle School.
The incident occurred at O’Hara Avenue and Covered Wagon Drive where crews arrived to find a female on the ground. Crews quickly secured the scene and provided medical aid. The youth was then airlifted to UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland for further evaluation.
No information has been released on the condition of the youth and the incident is under investigation by the Oakley Police Department.
