At 8:30 pm, the East Contra Costa Fire Protection District was dispatched to a report of a bicycle crash involving a 10-year-old female in the 100 block of Meadow Brook Ct. in the City of Oakley.
A medic was on scene shortly after the crash and reported a medical helicopter was needed after the female was unconscious.
As of 8:40 pm, Oakley Police were reporting the child was still unconscious.
