Oakley Police Re-Announce $100k Reward in Alexis Gabe Homicide
The City of Oakley and the Oakley Police Department are re-announcing the $100,000.00 reward in regards to the homicide of Alexis Gabe.
The City of Oakley and the Oakley Police Department recognizes the Gabe family, and the Oakley community at large has been deeply impacted by the homicide of Alexis Gabe. This impact is made even larger due to the fact her body has not been recovered.
The City of Oakley and the Oakley Police Department wish to make it known the reward is open to anybody who provides information leading to Alexis Gabe’s whereabouts or remains.

Arrest Made in Bethel Island Stabbing
On Saturday, August 27, 2022, at about 10:18 PM, Delta Station Deputy Sheriffs were dispatched to a bar on the 3800 block of Willow Road in Bethel Island regarding a stabbing. Officers arrived and found several stabbing victims and three others who were injured. One of the victims was flown by helicopter to a hospital. All of the victims were expected to survive.
32-year-old Mitchell Wiese of Oakley was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility on five counts of assault with a deadly weapon, two counts of battery, and carrying a loaded firearm. He is being held in lieu of $750,000 bail. 41-year-old Luis Guerrero of Oakley was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility on five counts of assault with a deadly weapon, two counts of battery, and probation violation. Oakley Police Release Audio and More Details in Officer Involved Shooting
On Tuesday, Oakley Police Chief Paul Beard released additional details in that August 26 officer involved shooting that left one man dead. Police have identified the male shot by police as Frank Correa.
According to Beard, the incident included 16 spent 9-mm casings which were fired by Correa in the direction of the domestic violence victim or Oakley Police officers. — Full Story, click here
