The following is a sampling of the Oakley Police Calls reported between January 23-29 which focuses on the higher priority call responses in the City of Oakley.
Double Stabbing on Carol Lane
On Friday at 5:00 pm, the Oakley Police Department responded to a report of a double stabbing on Carol Lane. This was deemed a domestic and over a pet. Two people were transported via medical helicopter to local hospitals. No other information has been released and the condition of both parties as of Sunday morning are unknown.
Alexis Gabe Missing Person Case
This week, the Oakley Police, in conjunction with the Antioch Police Department and Contra Costa County District’s Attorney’s office issued a search warrant at a home in Antioch to look for clues. They also are reviewing surveillance footage from where her vehicle was located in the City of Oakley.
No formal update has been issued since February 1, 2022.
The Gabe family is inviting the community to join them in a walk to raise awareness for Alexis Gabe who has been missing since Jan 26. The walk will be held on the corner of Trenton St and Oakley Rd starting at 1:00 pm and walking to City Hall where they will hold a collective candle lighting and prayer vigil.
