About Friends of Marsh Creek Watershed

The Friends of Marsh Creek Watershed (FOMCW) work to raise awareness in the community about
the value of Marsh Creek and its watershed. The members of FOMCW bring diverse backgrounds, interests and expertise to help protect, preserve and celebrate the wonderful natural features of our
community.

FOMCW is active throughout the community. We have established native gardens and cleanups. We
participate in and conduct monitoring programs. We serve on advisory committees and provide
input to city, county, state and federal agencies. We support education in the schools and provide opportunities for all in the community to learn more about the local watershed. We continue to
look for other opportunities to reach out to the community and invite YOU to join us!
