The Oakley Police Department announced they have located a runaway 11-year-old girl in Concord late Wednesday morning.
The City of Oakley put out an announcement at 11:15 am that an Oakley youth went missing at 8:20 am walking west on Cypress Rd. near Empire Ave. She was spotted in pink clothing, pink shoes and pulling a pink and purple wheelie suitcase.
By 11:45, Oakley Police announced that thanks to a tip, she was located in Concord and was considered a runaway youth according to Oakley Police Sgt. Perata.
No further details were made available.
