Yawn, no one cares what Kevin Romick does or says. He is a nobody outside of Oakley.

Wow. A lame politician endorsing another lame politician. Oakley’s city council is running a close second to Antioch when it comes to bottom of the barrel. I predict Doug will get trounced in the Supervisor’s race. He is wayyyyyyy out of his league. The poor guy just doesn’t have a clue. The word on the street is Doug is having a difficult time getting any support. While one would have expected a fellow board member to endorse, I’ll bet it was a tough decision for Romick. Knowing, that decision might come back to haunt him. Guess he didn’t think it through.

Once again this just goes to show Oakley representatives haven’t figured out how to play in the big game. Poor Oakley just can’t make a good decision.

How embarrassing. Kevin and Doug are in their own little world the rest of us call Oakley. Thanks gentlemen for making us silly and irrelevant to everyone around us. Cronyism is alive and well in our town.

So much negativity. It’s like a real life Parks & Rec episode.

I think we voters are smart enough. We know who and what we vote for in our communities, and nationally, if you will. Endorsements mean nothing.

I followed Hardcastle’s link to his website (above), What a knee slapper! He has a grand total of 4 endorsements, count ’em, FOUR.

If that is not enough check out the names he has listed as supporters.

John Nedjedly, (Not the Senator, but his disinherited son who goes by J.T. and doesn’t live in the district) and non-other than Ronald Reagan (Not the President of the United States,, but a local tax guy who goes by Ron).

Doug this isn’t the 1980’s.

Typical politician foolery. You just can’t make this stuff up!

“Folks, it’s time to evolve. That’s why we’re troubled. You know why our institutions are failing us, the church, the state, everything’s failing? It’s because, um – they’re no longer relevant. We’re supposed to keep evolving. Evolution did not end with us growing opposable thumbs. You do know that, right?”
