Oakley: Firefighters Remove Stuck Toilet Seat From Childs Head

Rene Harcourt Tibbetts sent us this photograph and wanted us to send a thank you the East Contra Costa Fire Protection District firefighters from Station 93 who came to the rescue of her daughter today after she managed to place a little toilet seat around her head.

The incident was reported at 12:24 pm and upon arrival the firefighters calmed the child and placed Vaseline on her head and ears and after a few tries, they were able to remove the toilet. Crews were on scene for 24-minutes.
