On 6/2 the summary report lists a murder attempt, this was the murder of 19 year old Miguel Angel Plascencia Jr..The Oakley Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 19-year-old Omar Ordaz of Oakley.
An arrest warrant for homicide has been issued for Ordaz, who has a paw-like tattoo on his cheek. He could possibly be in Oakley or Concord.He is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached or contacted.
