I had the oppertunity to attend the Holy Ghost Parade on Sunday in Oakley which was a very nice event. Here are the photographs I took which included Oakley Councilman Jim Frazier who participated in the parade. Paula King of the Contra Costa Times did a nice write up about the festival that has been around for 85-years.
