The Oakley Recreation Division invites Oakley residents to enter their 2nd Annual Halloween Decorating Contest! Dig up those spider webs, ghosts, and goblins to decorate the front of your house and submit a digital photo, along with an entry form.
Participants must reside in Oakley. The contest is limited to private residences – no businesses. Decorations must be limited to the front of your house, yard and roof (no interior or back yards, please).

The entry deadline is October 13th at 5:00 p.m. Voting will take place on the City’s website October 17-21. The winner will be announced on Monday, October 24th. The winner will receive a sign to display in their front yard along with a gift card valued at $100.
