Bay Point: Reckless Driver Injures 9, Kills 1 in Parking Lot

At 1:58 am, authorities responded to a call from the La Finca Restaurant where 9 people were injures including two people underneath a vehicle.

Emergency crews responded to Port Chicago Highway off Willow Pass Road where multiple ambulances were required along with a medical helicopter.

According to Contra Costa County Fire Protection District, one person died after a person was driving a vehicle intentionally trying to hit people in the parking lot.
