At 5:45 am Tuesday, Contra Costa County Fire Protection District responded to a report of a vehicle into the Power Mart in the 3500 block of Willow Pass Road in Bay Point.
It was reported that the driver of the vehicle appeared to be passed out.
By 5:53 am, Engine 86 reported the vehicle into the glass doors with a subject inside the vehicle. The accident was non-injury.

Probably drunk or on drugs! I avoid that place when I’m heading through Bay Point — too my weird character hanging out around there.
