The Oakley Recreation Division is launching the 1st annual “Hometown Halloween Decorating Contest.” Dig up those spider webs, ghosts and goblins to decorate the front of your house and submit a digital photo, along with an entry form. Participants must reside in Oakley. The contest is limited to private residences, no businesses. Limited to the front of your house, yard and roof (no interior or back yards please).

The entry deadline is October 15th. Eligible photos will be posted online for the public to vote on from Oct. 16 – 22. The winner will be announced October 23rd.
