On Sunday Morning at 12:29 am, the Contra Costa County Sheriffs Office responded to a report of a suspicious circumstance regarding a woman who was found down on the ground.
According to the Sheriffs office, deputies arrived and located a woman lying on the sidewalk on Suisun Avenue near North Broadway Avenue in Bay Point. The unidentified woman was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Detectives from the Office of the Sheriff homicide unit and Crime Lab responded to the scene.
