At 6:08 am Thursday, Contra Costa County Fire was dispatched to a report of a vehicle crash on eastbound Kirker Pass near Hess in Concord.
Upon arrival, Engine 8 reported that one pickup truck was on its roof in the number 2 lane and blocking traffic. They also reported 1 person was trapped and requested all resources continue.
As of 6:43 am, the number 1 lane was open while lane 2 was blocked.
