At 5:30 pm Thursday, the East Contra Costa Fire Protection District was dispatched to a report of a head-on vehicle crash on Vasco Road near the county line of Contra Costa County and Alameda County.
According to preliminary information, one occupant sustained a head trauma which prompted a medical helicopter response.
At 5:51 pm, Engine 52 arrived on scene near county line reporting 3 vehicles involved. They reported 4 patients with two sustaining minor injuries, 1 moderate and 1 who was trapped in the vehicle.
Per CHP, as of 7:11 pm, the roadway was back open.

Zero speed patrol on Vasco Road. People tailgate, speed, drive like shit. Its all mathematics to when you will be in a wreck.
How in the *#@%%@ does anyone have a head on crash on Vasco? Unless, of course, at least ONE of you is an—-no, no, Loveable, don’t say the “s” word——
