Frazier Increases Fundraising Lead over Hudson


Talk about working hard for donations, Oakley Councilman Jim Frazier raised $58,500 between Oct. 1 and Oct. 20 to bring his total to more than $474,400 for the year. He has $47,000 in cash after expenditures. His opponent, has collected just $13,100 for the same period and just $108,600. He has only $2,700 in cash.
