At 10:25 pm Sunday, Contra Costa County Firefighters responded to a report of a residential structure fire on Inlet Drive in Bay Point after multiple callers reported smoke and flames visible from a home.
Upon arrival, firefighters confirmed the fire and stated heavy smoke and flames.
By 10:29 pm, firefighters reported the fire had spread and threatening a neighboring home and requested a 2nd alarm response.
By 10:55 pm, Battalion 8 reported the fire was knocked down and all crews were committed.
