At 8:57 pm Sunday, Contra Costa County firefighters were dispatched to a confined space rescue in the 2000 block of Arnold Industrial Way in the City of Concord.
It was reported that a female transient was in a storm drain and could not get out.
By 9:07 pm, firefighters responded to the scene and confirmed the female was trapped and by 9:10 pm, all units were made available after the female was rescued.
