On Saturday, Bay Area Rapid Transit Police stated a male suspect attempted to enter a females vehicle as she was driving through the parking structure.
The incident occurred at 1:51 am at the Walnut Creek station.
Responding BART and Walnut Creek PD officers ultimately detained the suspect, Lowell Ligon, 27 of Berkeley, near the parking structure. Ligon resisted being detained and had to be forcibly taken into custody.
Ligon was transported to County Hospital for treatment of a minor injury and was booked at the Martinez Detention Facility for resisting arrest.
