Walnut Creek: 3 Lanes Shut Down on I-680 Near Treat Due to Cement Spill

CHP has issued a SIGALERT after a cement spill occurred around 6:15 am Tuesday and has now shut down 3-lanes of traffic in the southbound direction. The SIGALERT was issued at 6:21 am as CHP is awaiting for a CALTRANS sweeper with an ETA of 30-minutes.
