At 8:56 am Monday, Contra Costa County Fire Protection District Firefighters responded to a report of a vehicle crash on westbound Highway 4 near Port Chicago Highway in Concord.
It was reported that possibly one occupant of a vehicle was not breathing.
By 9:06 am, CHP was reporting that the number 3, 4 and 5 lanes were blocked and a SIGALERT was issued.
By 9:41 am, all lanes were open per CHP.
