At 8:08 pm Saturday, a SIGALERT was issued by CHP after a head-on vehicle crash on Byron Highway near Bruns Road in the Town of Byron.
The incident blocked both lanes of traffic as firefighters and AMR arrived on scene to locate two vehicles with major damage
There were two patients with one suffering from major injuries and another suffering from minor injuries. There was no entrapment.
By 10:03 pm, the roadway was reopened according to CHP.
