furry-friends-tattooAll tattoos will be $50 and 50% of the proceeds will be donated to Furry Friends food relief. Studio 71 is excited to give back to the community that it calls home and is looking forward to meeting new clients.

Furry friends food relief  co-founder Dezi Pina says, ”events like these are really what keeps our program going. We feed on an average of 50+ animals a month and without programs like ours we just don’t know where these animals would end up. No one should have to choose between feeding their family pets or feeding them self’s or worse surrendering those  pets to  shelters because they just have no other options,” says Dezi Pina, Furry Friends Food Relief co-founder.

The program holds low cost vaccines clinic once a month offering  $5 vaccines and $10 microchips, each pet is seen by a vet  and they also offer $10 flea treatments , $10 nail trims and Free deworming with any vaccine.

Pina says “the program dreams of a day they will own a mobile spay and neuter van to help the community with its over growing pet population. over 7 million cats and dogs enter shelters each year and if we could spay and neuter the ones in our community it would make a huge impact to our over populated local shelters and save countless lives.”

A local taco truck (Let’s Taco ‘Bout It) has also joined forces and will be at the event selling their food and drinks to the public as they wait in line.

A special thank you to studio 71 for supporting our local nonprofits.  don’t forget to tip your artist after all they are donating their time.
