Rep. McNerney on Announcement of Formal Impeachment Inquiry

by ECT
Congressman Jerry McNerney

Washington, DC – In response to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s announcement that the House of Representatives will move forward with a formal impeachment inquiry, Congressman Jerry McNerney (CA-09) issued the following statement:

“When I came to Washington, I swore an oath to uphold the Constitution and I do not take that responsibility lightly. The allegations against the president are grave, and they are a threat to our democracy and national security. To fulfill our sworn duty, Congress must move forward with an impeachment inquiry. Brazen lies have been a hallmark of this presidency and it is now time for a reckoning.”

Rep. Jerry McNerney proudly serves the constituents of California’s 9th Congressional District that includes portions of San Joaquin, Contra Costa, and Sacramento Counties.

The only threat to our country are people like McNerney with the two tier justice belief. Maybe McNerney has not seen Biden’s admitted crime on camera. What an idiot. If this keeps up with do nothing but waste tax payers money dems, California may flip to more honest political reps who truly make America better. Californians are getting smart enough now to know there are better options for representation than the current leadership promoting homeless, feces on the streets, government offered needles, a place to do your drugs and not get arrested, benefits for illegals, high taxes, excused fees on criminals, and lowering our quality of life.
Vote these socialists out and make California better.

I fully support Jerry McNerney and the decision to conduct an investigation into the alleged corrupt conduct by President Trump. If you adhere to the principle that the Constitution must be upheld then this action is required of the House of Representatives.

Only a fool would put their faith and trust in a liar and President Trump is a proven, pathological liar!

Hey Jack! What corruption are you referring to?

Mcnerney wouldn’t know the Constitution if slapped him upside his head. Maybe he’s ok with getting Obama transcripts dealing with Russia and Iran.

Listening to these people recite the constitution is like listen to satan quote scripture.

Here is the story of how JOE BIDEN, in his own words, bragged about what he did to Ukraine:

“Two years after leaving office, Joe Biden couldn’t resist the temptation last year to brag to an audience of foreign policy specialists about the time as vice president that he strong-armed Ukraine into firing its top prosecutor. In his own words, with video cameras rolling, Biden described how he threatened Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko in March 2016 that the Obama administration would pull $1 billion in U.S. loan guarantees, sending the former Soviet republic toward insolvency, if it didn’t immediately fire Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin.

“I said, ‘You’re not getting the billion.’ I’m going to be leaving here in, I think it was about six hours. I looked at them and said: ‘I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money,’” Biden recalled telling Poroshenko.

“Well, son of a bitch, he got fired. And they put in place someone who was solid at the time,” Biden told the Council on Foreign Relations event, insisting that President Obama was in on the threat.

Interviews with a half-dozen senior Ukrainian officials confirm Biden’s account, though they claim the pressure was applied over several months in late 2015 and early 2016, not just six hours of one dramatic day.”

Funny! But Viktor Shorkin was the chief prosecutor of Ukraine who was fighting corruption and was quite successful doing it. Maybe that’s why Joe Biden wanted Shorkin out of the picture!
