Los Vaqueros is hosting the annual spring Trout Fishing Derby during the month of April 2019. Anglers who catch the three largest trout by weight will win!
Official Entry Information
- Begins April 1, 2019 and runs through April 30, 2019.
- $5.00 entrance fee.
- Ticket must be purchased before fish is caught.
- Must show ticket each time you weigh in.
- Weigh up to 5 trout a day – legal limit – largest trout recorded.
- Trout must be weighed at Marina during regular business hours 6:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
- One prize per person.
- Lost Derby Tickets cannot be replaced.
- Non-transferable.

- 1st Prize – Deeper Pro Smart Sonar
- 2nd Prize – Rod and Reel Package
- 3rd Prize – Free Boat Rental with Bait Package
April 6 – Fishing Clinic:
Learn everything you’ve ever wanted to know about lake fishing. From bait and knots to trolling and cleaning, our experienced staff will provide tips to help you reel in a big one. Clinics are tailored to participants’ skill levels. Open to all ages. Reservations are not required, but recommended. Please call the Marina at (925) 371-2628.
