Lanes Blocked on Eastbound Highway 4 After Solo Vehicle Crash, Driver Fled on Foot

At 9:30 pm Wednesday, expect delays on eastbound Highway 4 near Hillcrest due to vehicle crash with the No 1 & 2 lane blocked.

AMR arrived on scene by 9:33 pm reported that a silver vehicle was facing the wrong way with the driver fleeing on foot from the scene. They also reported an off-duty officer was assisting at the scene blocking lanes.

No patients were at the scene.

By 9:35 pm, Engine 81 arrived on scene to provide blocking until a tow truck arrives on scene.
