Knightsen: Large Tree Downed by Wind Blocks Delta Road

Just after 9:00 am Saturday, a large tree that has fallen in the roadway of the 2500 block of Delta Road in the Town of Knightsen, has shut down the roadway in both directions.

The tree snapped in half and has also caused wires to be down as well. East Contra Costa Fire Protection District is currently on scene.

The Contra Costa County Sheriffs Office have been requested to block the roadway and County Public Works are also responding.
