The National Weather Service Sunday has issued a Bay Area wide high wind warning through 3-am Monday.
Winds are expected to reach 20-to-30 mph with gusts up to 45-to-60 mph.
There could be impacts of downed tree limbs and power lines possible, isolated power outages, and difficult driving for high profile vehicles or those pulling trailers.
