At 9:54 pm Saturday, East Contra Costa Fire Protection District responded to a report by the California Highway Patrol of a hit and run vehicle crash with injury in the Town of Discovery Bay.
According to CHP, the incident occurred on SR-4 at Discovery Bay Blvd.
Engine 59 arrived on scene and reported three patients were suffering from moderate injuries. A total of three AMR units were requested code 3. One unit was coming from Richmond while another was coming from Hercules.
Update – E59 later cancelled AMR units number 2 and 3.
