Update: Danville Police Say Missing Man Found Safe

Danville Police officers are on the lookout for a missing 81 year old man. Eugene Bauer, 81, was reported missing at noon from his home in the 1000 block of Greenbrook Dr.

Mr. Bauer has dementia. He also answers to the name “Sonny”. He was last seen wearing a shirt with stripes, dark colored workout pants and dark colored tennis shoes.

Any person who sees Mr. Bauer is urged to call 911 immediately and inform police

At 2:45 pm, Danville Police say the missing man has been located and is safe with family.
