A felony DUI offense is going to bring serious jail time, especially with a fatal accident. DUI laws in California are far more strict than other crimes, and the cost to FightDUICharges are high as well. It is tragic how avoidable this accident was if the defendant chose not to drive intoxicated,
The suspect is released on bond according to the internet.
